Freshpaved Groups are email lists that allow you to communicate with other riders in the community. Local Groups are broken up by geography to allow riders to organize sessions in their area. We also have a global list called "everyone" for general discussion about skateboarding, snowboarding, surfing, or any kind of riding. As a member of the Freshpaved community, we kindly ask that you refrain from discussions about politics, religion, or any other potentially offensive topics.
Joining a Freshpaved Group is easy. Simply submit your email address below. You will receive a confirmation email to the address you have submitted. Follow the instructions in the email to confirm your email address, and you will be added to the list.

By joining a local group, you are automatically added to the global list everyone@freshpaved.com. If you are not interested in the global list, simply unsubscribe from that list without affecting your local subscription.

Local Groups help riders to organize sessions in their area. For example, nyc@freshpaved.com helps riders in the local New York City (nyc) area get together for skate sessions. The riders in Tokyo use a list called tokyo@freshpaved.com to organize local sessions.
The local email lists are simple to use. Basically, any time someone wants to organize a session, they send out a note to their local email list, and let everyone know the meeting time and place. For example, "We're meeting at Hill Street and Main Ave. at 4pm. Here's my number if anyone is running late, 917.555.1234". That's all there is to it! As you meet new riders who want to join your group, simply send them to Freshpaved.com to subscribe to your local list.
